Rather, the text, pictures and graphics are each stored using different methods and then a dialog (program) ties them all together. Also, people access the Internet and display web sites in many different ways. Each of these access types uses it's own method to interpret the dialog that explains how your web site should look. These different interpretations lead to variations in how you web site is displayed.
